Export not possible

Hello, starting today, when I try to export orders in WooCommerce, the Excel file is not downloaded as it was in previous days, but I receive a blank page with ‘there is a critical error on this website.’ Why is this happening? I’ve been using the plugin for a year without any issues until yesterday.
