If you mean, you have enabled the User Explanation from the admin dashboard, and you can’t write anything in the input, then, please note, that the plugin is designed like that. The admin can’t write anything for this input. By enabling this functionality, you let the survey takers write explanations while passing the survey.
I thought you could put extra (background)information, so an explanation for the user beside the question. So if you with your mouse on a specific question an explanation will appear.
At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have such a feature to show the explanation when hovering with a mouse. By the way, the plugin has the Admin Note option by enabling which the text you provide on the Dashboard will be displayed under the question all the time on the front end.
