    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your filter. The filter you created seems to be correct. Did you select the category name from the auto-suggest category list that shows when you created the exclude filter?

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required we will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
