Excluded URL redirects not working

This page/URL will not exclude and keeps redirecting to our login page. I’ve deleted it from the list, added it back to the list. I don’t have any cache plugins installed, but it won’t exclude. I also do not have it restricted by other plugins.

I don’t have any cache plugins installed
You have the “WP-Optimize” plugin active in the log file with caching.
Disable the UM pages from the caching.https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1595-caching-problems
