    This plugin is really great, and the secure version works like a charm! When you upload a pdf, maybe in the next version it could be a choice here wherever it should be secure or not.

    Your suggestion is appreciated too. It is possible to turn on/off the secure uploading feature in the plugin settings, and this will affect whether subsequent uploads are to ‘securepdfs’ or not. But it is not currently possible to make this decision ‘in-flight’ during uploading.
