EWWW Image Optimize Failed

We tried use EWWW Image Optimizer but we got an error named ; EWWW Image Optimize Failed. We don’t want to use cloud so can you help us with other alternative options or a primary solution. And i try empty/TRUNCATE my table Thanks in advance!
