Sorry to hear about the issues noticed.
We’ll need to check the debug logs to understand better what might be causing it. Please go to Hummingbird > Asset Optimization > Settings and enable the “Debug” setting.
The above action will generate the debug files on the same page that you can download.
Please do make sure to click the “Re-check Files” button under Hummingbird > Asset Optimization and replicate the issue so that all the errors related to the issue gets logged in the debug log file.
You can share the debug log file in the following reply via Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services so that we can give a closer look.

Actually, the problem was I couldn’t open the asset optimization settings cause the page was loading itself and nothing was showing except the loading screen. Then I cleared my browser cache and it was okay after that. But it’s irritating to clear cache every time this problem occurs. Please make sure to resolve this issue. Thanks for the reply.
