The error is that the user that is created in WordPress is different from the user that is created in Moodle.

For example, when paying, the user enters his username 44444444 but Moodle creates his user based on the email entered by the user miguel1987 (miguel1987@gmail.com).

How can it be corrected so that the username is the same as the one registered when making the payment?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello @ntomiguel, Thank you for your message.

With MooWoodle, when a user purchases a product linked to a Moodle course, we initiate the enrollment request to Moodle using the email ID as the unique identifier. It is Moodle that generates the username during account creation based on its internal logic.

If you’d like to synchronize the username between WordPress and Moodle, this feature is available with MooWoodle Pro. It allows for more control over user data during the synchronization process, including Username, First Name, Last Name, Password handling, as you can see in this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/FcNgmck8OHzt

If you have any further questions about MooWoodle Pro, feel free to reach out to us via our support forum.
