Hi @gon2train, please try setting Maximum script execution time in BackWPup -> Settings -> Job to 25 seconds. Then see if this problem persists.

Hi @askus_hchlibrary, no, it’s probably just that there are some larger files it is attempting to backup. It looks like the script is being killed for running too long. Please try going to BackWPup > Settings > Jobs and setting “Maximum script execution time” to 25 seconds or so.

Hi @askus_hchlibrary, no, you do not want it at 0. Please try setting it to 25 seconds and see what happens.
Originally it was at a higher number, but I changed it to 0 because of this message in the plug-in:
Job will restart before hitting maximum execution time. Restarts will be disabled on CLI usage. If ALTERNATE_WP_CRON has been defined, WordPress Cron will be used for restarts, so it can take a while. 0 means no maximum.
I will try 25 and see what happens.
