Could please enable the debug logs (in Settings > Error log) and share it on this thread when the problem arise?
A 422 means that the server could not process the content of that image so we need to check the image and see why the server reject its.

No, do not do that. Almost all of the time it just makes an unreadable mess.
Copying that data here will not and cannot work here. It just creates a mess that has no value.
