    Hi, I have used this plugin on other sites on this server but on this site I am getting this error:
    Error posting to API: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to smushpro.wpmudev.org port 443: Connection refused

    I am using Avada theme, please assist

    Please whitelist the following IPs on your hosting end:

    18.204.159.253
159.89.254.12
34.196.51.17
52.57.5.20
165.227.66.214
45.55.78.242
35.171.56.101
192.241.140.15
104.236.132.22
192.241.148.18

    Please try to o[optimize images after this. Let us know how it went!

    I whitelisted the IP’s in Wordfence 🙂

    Hi Nastia,

    So, the solution you posted above did work, but I still get that error message for certain images on my site. The plugin indicates that they need smushing, but throws me errors when I try to run the smushing – it continues to smush the others in the list, so I’m not sure what that’s about.
    The largest one is about 500kb and the others are less than 200kb.

    Would you please elaborate on the errors that you’re seeing when a smush plugin tries to optimize these images? Please share the errors or the screenshot here.
