    Hi,
I have a problem. I set everything up and it worked fine even with test answers on Forminator. But as soon as users started filling out the form, it crashed and the tables can no longer be loaded. Please help, Thanks!

    Hello,

First, my sincerest apologies for the extremely long wait for this reply.
We had some issues with our support system, but they have now been resolved, so this should not happen again.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Regarding this issue, we have not been able to reproduce it on our test sites. We have tried different types of forms, tables, and configurations.

Before proceeding further, could you please confirm that you are using the latest versions of wpDataTables, Forminator, and the Forminator Integration add-on?
If not, please update all three, then purge your site’s cache and check if that resolves the issue.

If the issue persists after updating and clearing the cache, we will need more details about your site, including the steps users take, the types of fields and values they use when submitting data, etc.

The best approach would be to open a ticket with our main support team. You can do this by using the chat box on our main website (bottom right corner). Please refer to this conversation when reaching out. Our support team may ask for additional details.

If possible, we’d appreciate it if you could try reproducing the issue by:

    • Creating a new form
    • Filling out a test submission to generate the table, as you described
    • Showing us the exact steps a user takes when submitting a form so we can closely analyze when and how the issue occurs
    • Recording a video of your screen while reproducing the issue so we can see all the steps taken, how the form is set up (field types, structure), and how the submissions appear.

    Kind regards,
    Milos
