Error: Invalid or missing API credentials

    I purchased the premium plugin, uploaded it and activated it (this is in a multisite environment but plugin is only being used on the main site).
    I entered my AI API key (I assume openai will work, there is no documentation) and it showed connected. When I went to bulk generate I got “Error: Invalid or missing API credentials” which I assume is referring to the AI credentials?

    I submitted the ticket. same domain but different conact info. The plugin is registered under my client’s name and company

    So your plugin won’t work with WP Multisite even though it’s only being used on a single instance? Plenty of AI credit and the API shows connected.

    Yes if the license is for a single site it will work only for a single site only.

    For the ai API may be its connected but you dont have enough credit to generate the images ai alt and title.
