That’s usually caused by a JS conflict from a 3rd party plugin or theme active on the site. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route first to isolate the problem, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.

Hi, It’s a theme created by me. I think it’s a conflict with my script, but it’s necessary for the proper functioning of my web site.
