Error in Functions.php

Hi, this is Bilawal.
I am using WordPress for more than 3 years and didnt see this kind of error in my 3 years experience. The error shows below:

Well i am migrating my website through All in One Migration. Also i am using Publit.io Offloading for Images. Is sameone here to help me.
I also tried to Googling my Problem but there are no step by step guides on Google. This error happens after migration. Is there any way to solve this problem? If yes then please help…
