Error: get_currentuserinfo …functions.php

My sire was down and the server got it back up…but with a new error at the header. I fixed that by renaming the adsense explosion plugin through cpanel so that it was disabled–and I was unable to access my dashboard.
The error was gone and there was no error on my frontpage and I can access my dashboard. I am now able to upgrade plugins and WP version and themes which has been something I could not do for months…BUT there is now an error on internal pages between the post title/date and the start of the post.
