Error / Feature request

Hi from Germany,

i found an error in your function sendMailtoCustomer: you forgot to add global $rybtb_controller. But even with that error fixed, the plugin is not sending emails on status change or on booking if Automatically Confirm is checked.

Your plugin is almost covering my needs, but I dare to ask for a feature. We only open on several days a week and have different opening times on different days. So having only one timeslot throughout the whole week isn’t really enough. Could you implement a real schedule possibility for the booking times? Best with exceptions to that, like holidays? I will gladly donate money, if that feature is implemented. You even could think about something like time based availability for specific tables, that would make things even more flexible.
