I am facing exactly the same error as mentioned in this thread:

As per the comment here, it stated:

For some reason the page was loading twice for a single submission. That’s what’s caused the issue.

but didn’t provide any solution to this error.

@logichub, This seems to happen when yoast seo and site origin page builder are both active and the affiliate registration page contains the siteorigin shortcode instead of the actual registration page shortcode. Are you using these two plugins?

@mbrsolution No cache plugin.

@affmngr I don’t use SiteOrigin, but using Elementor and yes, Yoast SEO is active.

@logichub, Please make sure that the affiliate registration page contains the correct shortcode and no elementor template: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/recreating-required-pages-affiliates-manager-plugin/
