We are encountering an issue while attempting to connect TikTok Shop with our WordPress site using the official TikTok plugin.
Below are the details of the problem:
*Issue*: During the setup process of TikTok Shop, we are receiving the following error message
*Error Code*: 50000
*Error Message*: Internal error.
*Log ID to Report*: 20241008233913B9677BDE854C63164275
This error occurs when trying to complete the connection between WooCommerce and TikTok Shop, preventing us from moving forward with the integration. We would appreciate assistance in identifying the cause of this error and any guidance on how to resolve it. The Log ID provided above may help in diagnosing the issue.For troubleshooting this issue we have already taken below actions
- Cleared the browser’s cookies and cache.
- Verified a stable network connection and ensured no VPN is in use.
- Tested in incognito mode.
- Tried accessing the site using different browsers (Chrome, Safari, and Firefox).
- Ensured all browsers used were up-to-date and without ad-blocking extensions.
- Attempted on different devices, browsers, and network connections.
- Check with WordPress(V6.7.1), TikTok(V1.2.10) Plugin and WooCommerce Plugin(V9.4.3)
- Check with the default WordPress theme and deactivate all other plugins.
Also, we have already contacted “TikTok for Business Support” but the issue remains unresolved.
