• HI. I get the message “changeset_post_save_failure” when I try to change something in the Customize area.
I tried changing Astra to another theme and the changes are saved.

I tried disabling all plugins, but the problem persists.

When I open the Customize page, I found this errors\warnings in Chrome DevTools (I don’t known if the correlated to my issue)

    Incorrect use of <label for=FORM_ELEMENT>

The label's for attribute doesn't match any element id. This might prevent the browser from correctly autofilling the form and accessibility tools from working correctly.
To fix this issue, make sure the label's for attribute references the correct id of a form field.

    Can you help me?

  • Hi @marcorm69,

Please try reinstalling the Astra theme and see if it does the trick. If it doesn’t, please export the Astra Settings and share it here. I will try to import it and see if I am able to replicate the same issue on my dev site.

This doc will show you how you can export the Astra Settings of your site. The exported file will contain only the Astra Settings, so it’s totally safe.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊
