Kindly remove the TikTok and Instagram profiles you added and try saving changes. Does the error show?

I have ensured that all themes and plugins are updated to their latest versions. Additionally, I activated the default WordPress theme and only the Yoast plugin to eliminate any potential conflicts with other plugins.
Here are the current versions in use:
- WordPress: 6.6.1
- PHP: 7.4
We’d have to investigate further on this as it could be something specific to your setup, but we are unable to do so over these public forums. You might want to consider Yoast SEO Premium for personal premium support so we can take a closer look at this.
