Error 500

    After updating to WP 4.9.1 my website doesn’t load anymore. An error 500, and when i check my error logs, i see this line:

    Premature end of script headers: index.php, referer: https://www.wjwebdesign.nl/?ao_speedup_cachebuster=61368

    i am assuming the ao stands for Autoptimize, so I renamed the plugin, whole plugin folder, deleted the cache folders, uploaded a new .htaccess, and so on. The problem persists. Any idea how i can solve this?

    morrege @wjweb;
    the entry in your php errorlog (which is from Autoptimize’s cache preloader by doing a simple request for your homepage, which is triggered after a cache purge) is a consequence of the HTTP 500 error. this is confirmed by the fact that your server error doens’t go away by disabling AO.

    next step will have to be disabling your plugins one by one and/ or briefly switching themes to find out which one is actually killing your site.
