Hi @mavenier
Could you please provide me some examples of URLs that worked before?
No need for destination URL just just URLs that currently returns 404 error instead of 301 redirect.Thank you!
Hello iClyde,
I sent some exemple examples of URLs that worked before:

MichelHi @mavenier
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find and issues with these URLs (in structure and front-end), they should be redirected properly.
Could you please provide me more details like:
- Have you changed your theme recently?
- What’s your current redirection configuration?
β You can download complete list using this button: https://prnt.sc/NlkYwh8ENYQ- - Do you use latest v1.1.3 version of the plugin?
If you don’t want to share your complete configuration of the plugin there, you can send me that via e-mail: [ support (at) redirection (dot) pro ]
Thank you!
Hello iCLyde,
In my precedent message, I give you the old urls before changed my template, also forget that, maybe I don’t understand your first request.
Also, now I give some exemple URLs from my first urls before modified 301 in your left colomn from your tool redirect :

All this URL have a redirect to the news URLs, the redirect urls run well. But why my search Console Google don’t accept my redirect and put all urls with error 404 ?
Hi @mavenier
In the meanwhile, during preparing new version of the plugin we found a bug that may apply to your case.
The bug is about /slash ending URLs, some browsers can remove or all slash at the end of URL, this thing is not standardized around browsers.
I believe the case for you is that Google Console removes the slash while your redirects are from URLs with slash ending.
Provided version below is release candidate 5, still requires further tests from our team, but you can test it already as it seem stable, may resolve your issue right after installing.
Download: https://redirection.pro/download/beta/redirect-redirection-1.1.4-RC5.zip
Let me know if that resolves your issue π
Thank you!Hello iClyde,
Thank you for your answer and your information… I have installed the new file in my ftp plugin… But should I delete my previous urls and enter my url’s again in your software. Or can I just leave my url’s as they were before and submit the correction to the search console? But I don’t see how to restart the program?
Sincerely
MichelHi @mavenier
Simply upload it as any other plugin in WordPress plugins section, the version will be automatically replaced without losing configuration.
Once you replace the version, check if these URLs are getting redirected, once you confirm it works, request re-index in google console.
Hello iClyde
After replace your file.zip in my redirection FTP… How know if the new version run and have uplaoded my url’s redirection?
I must put every url in the new program or I must reset or other action?
Sincerely
MichelHi @mavenier
Simply, visit our plugin settings page in your WordPress dashboard.
All previously configured URLs should be there.
If you want to make sure you won’t have to add all URLs again, you can export current list of all redirections and them import them back.
Hello iClyde,
Ok thank you very much for your help! I did import / Export… I ll back if google search don’t valid…
Have a good Weekend !
MichelAlright, thank you for confirmation looking forward you to reply!
Hello iClyde,
Following your previous email, I did follow your advice. I went to your plugin and exported the current list of all my redirects and re-imported.
Then I resubmitted these same urls to google search consol for error 404. But google did not validate see example of these 2 failed urls;
https://www.abime-concept.com/blog/2009/05/25/rafraichissement-et-refonte-d-un-site-web/ Feb 1, 2023
https://www.abime-concept.com/blog/2011/05/16/comment-evaluer-le-cout-dun-site-web/ 31 Jan 2023
Also 54 urls waiting for validation in Google search consol ? but I submit that more one month ?
Sincerely
Michel AvenierHi @mavenier
Could you please share with me the list of redirections you exported?
β You can send it via e-maill [ support (at) redirection (dot) pro ]Thank you!
Hi @mavenier
Thank you for sharing your redirection rules. They all seem fine and when I tested few, they all seem to work properly.
But I couldn’t find any redirection that would cover two URLs you shared in your previous post.
Please, verify if all pages that should be redirected are configured within our plugin.
Thank you!
