Hello, we are using this plugin on our client website. When we have connected the Google sheet file the first time in another form it works. Then in this new one it doesn’t collect entries also if it seems it is correctly added. Can you please help us to solve? We have also try to remove previous connection on the oldest form or to create another new Google sheet, but nothing change.

Thanks for getting in touch,

It sounds like the first form synced fine, but the new one isn’t working. Let’s check a few quick things:
- Sheet & Tab Info: Please double-check that you’ve entered the correct Spreadsheet Name, Sheet ID, Tab Name, and Tab ID. This screenshot might help:

- Field Labels: Make sure the field labels in your form exactly match the column headers in your sheet. Even small differences can break the sync.

- Debug Logs: On the plugin settings page, click “View Debug Logs” to check if any errors are showing. If you see something odd, feel free to share it with us.
