Hi, thanks for getting back so quick. I tried that but unfortunately my mobile devices are still showing endless loading.
I just carried out a test in my mobile phone running android and it works for me. That means there is something going on in your mobile device.

It isn’t. I’ve tried it on three different mobile devices (Redmi, Huawei and Samsung). It shows an endless loading loop on all of them.

Hi, what android version are you running in your Samsung mobile phone? My Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro mobile phone is running Android version 9 and it works in my device.

Hi, yes my Samsung J3 also uses Android version 9. Also just tried it on an ‘AGM X2’ phone, also running Android version 9 and it’s the same.
Strange that I can’t get it working on any phone if it works on yours. Don’t know what to make of that.
