    Hi there,

    Thank you for putting so much effort into this plugin.

    I am not able to connect correctly using the plugin. It sometimes connects then drops out again. So sometimes it populates with an extra TAB with 5 reviews – then it drops out.
    I have:
    1. Checked the API to ensure IP address is same
    2. Checked Places API is enabled.
    3. Checked the Billing is on and connected to the APP.

    The error message in the Retrieval Tab is:

    {
    “error_message”: “You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project at https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable Learn more at https://developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-started”,
    “html_attributions”: [],
    “status”: “REQUEST_DENIED”
    }

    Any suggestions on how I can best further troubleshoot?

    Cheers!
    John

    @mrlennyman It does sound like the Billing account is not fully setup within Google Cloud services or perhaps it hasn’t registered quite yet…

    Perhaps give it a little more time to connect up – or if that doesn’t work, contact the billing department at Google Cloud to ask why your card isn’t accepted for your services there?

    I’ll be here if you have follow up questions or if you find a resolution to share.

    Been chatting with Google support and they assured me that everything is set up correctly and billing is working with that project properly.

    When I change the Update Frequency, it seems to save and work for a few moments. 5 reviews show as well as the Advanced info. But once I refresh the page the connection drops and the error shows again.

    Any more suggestions on how to trouble shoot?

    Cheers!

    @mrlennyman After direct correspondence the matter was resolved. I think one of the restrictions for the API Key was set incorrectly. Once the steps were followed through, it worked without an error.
