Enable Automatic Reminders disables on its own

    Hi,

    We are using this plugin on our website. The scheduler that we use is CR Cron.

    The problem that we are experiencing with this plugin is that when we enable the Enable Automatic Reminders, it disables on its own.

    Do you know why this is happening? or is it better to use the WordPress Cron as a scheduler?

    Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for your you responsove above. We did try the solution that you posted above but unfortunately the checkbox unchecks on its own.

    Any thoughts?

    The situation described in the knowledge base article that is shared above is the only reason why automatic reminders might get disabled. If they continue getting disabled, then most likely you didn’t fully implement the solution. Please provide screenshots to check what settings you made.
