Could you check web server error log and provide error(s) from it? You can send them by email: info (at) ari-soft (dot) com
PS: If you see a blank screen, usually it happens when a PHP error occurs.
How do I check web server error log?
Usually it is available in hosting panel. You can contact hosting support and ask where find error log.
Is it possible to see the problem anywhere? We can’t reproduce it on our test server.
These files don’t contain any error which are related to the plugin. BTW, it contains only old errors (not for November).

It looks like a specific problem on your server. For example some security rules are configured in .htaccess file so we need to see the problem to have ability investigate it.
