Can you check out the response headers of the file via a curl request? I still think it’s a caching issue. But it could be something like varnish on your server. Is that possible? If there is an ‘Age’ header with a high value, it is a varnish cache 🙂
Let me know if this helps!
Just a tad outside my wheelhouse buddy……I appreciate the amazingly fast response but… it was working yesterday…..not it aint….I will keep trying to fix it and send a WTF over once I do…THX
Hmm. Id love to know when you figure it out! If it worked before then there probably is a plug-in or a specific entry that’s causing some issue. Try copying the form without entries and fill out that form. If that one works, there probably is a corrupt entry in the other one.
Hi @blackninjaentertainment
Any update on this? If you haven’t fixed it; could you try by adding a date range where you know you have entries and try again? So that’s downloading from the back-end using the form and ‘download’ button.
Please let me know if that works. Thanks!
I think it was a plugin conflict with another gravity forms addon…all is well. I will test this plugin and all other that might have been the issue.
I do appreciate your follow up.
Not many folks on here would do as you have done. Thank you.
Awesome. Good to hear!
I’ll close this issue then. But if you have an update just let me know!
