    Hi,

I’ve got a problem with the plugin. When I start a backup everything goes smoothly, I even get a message that’s completed. However, when I try to restore it, I receive a message, that there is no such file (FTP folder is also empty). I’ve sent that files are being created successfully, however for some reason at the end they are emptied. I’ve tried with different PHP versions, but that wasn’t’ the case.

Here you can find a log: https://pastebin.com/UbRRQ8AJ

    Best wishes,
    Kuba

    Hi,

    thanks for sending the log.

I can’t seem to find any issues from the log that you sent. Can you please click the “rescan remote storage” link in the backup/restore tab to refresh the backup list.

Do you still see the backup that you are trying to restore?

    Regards,
    Bryle

Backups are displayed, but still, I can’t download them or restore šŸ™
Here you can find a video from the process: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tJ1HAQjOHQUwaLJy2FuwOyFMssK5jT5u/view?usp=sharing
And here is the log for this file: https://pastebin.com/E9Prkq5d

What’s more, this issue happened also on another site (changing backup location to Google Drive helped)

    Best,
    Kuba

    Hi,

Please can you change the file permission for the video file? I can’t seem to access.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Can you download a new copy of the backup and upload in the same tab by clicking the “Upload backup file” link. Then run a new restoration.

Do you still get the same issue if you do that?

    Bryle

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

Just to confirm, if you check the file directly from your “wp-content/updraft” folder, is the file still present?

    Regards,
    Bryle

It is present, but it has 0kb size (but during the process it has a normal size – it just somehow empties at the end of the backup)

    Hi,

Please can you update to the latest version 1.16.31? See if you still continue to experience the same issue.

    Apologies for the late reply.

Does the latest version 1.16.34 fixes the issue?
