Empty Abandoned Orders List

    Hi,
    I’ve installed Abandoned Cart Lite and I can’t see the list of abandoned order.
    The list is empty, but on the Recovered Orders tab, I have 80 carts…
    How can I fix it?

    Hi,

    Could you please share with us screenshot of Abandoned Orders tab and Recovered Orders tab?

    Also, kindly let me know abandoned carts were showing earlier on Abandoned Orders tab? As it is quite strange that 80 carts are showing on Recovered Orders tab.

    Kindly share with us error log message if the debug log file has the error related our plugin. It helps us as well to resolve the issue.

    If you do not comfortable to share the screenshot here then you can drop us an email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” where we can more communicate on it and give the fix for this.
