    Hi,

    First of all, “elleriniza sağlık” for this great plugin 🙂

    I made the settings described in the tutorial to use the embedding feature in blogs and posts, and I encountered a problem that I could not understand: But it does not index any of the pages. Can we find a solution for this?

    In order to help you resolve the issue with the embedding feature, could you please try the following steps:

    1. Go to the “Posts” section in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Select the posts you want to apply the Instant Embeddings feature to.
    3. Click on the “Instant Embeddings” button above the list of posts.

    Once you’ve done this, please check if there are any error messages or issues that appear. If so, kindly share the error message or a screenshot of the issue, and I’ll be more than happy to assist you further.

    Thank you for your quick reply 🙂

    We have two websites: instant embedding worked on one, and the following error appears on the other:

    Although the cron job is successfully added in the cpanel, it says “failed” in the Index Builder section. Pressing the Instant Embedding button gave the error “cURL error 35: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer”. what could be the problem?

    Where could the problem come from?

    Hi @dipnotakademi

    That seems like a Pinecone issue. That error is coming from Pinecone. Are you sure your index url and api key is correct?

    Yes, I’ve double checked, api key is correct.

    All the solution trials I’ve done so far are as follows:

    • I tried various wordpress timeout arguments,
    • I tried 7.4-8.0  php versions
    • I talked to hosting in detail, they did the following operations and according to the answer from you, they will produce a solution if necessary.
    • They movedanlasiriz.net to the same server as dipnotakademi.com, where hosting and plugin works without any problems, all settings are the same. Currently, only wordpress templates are different. Is it possible that it does not work because of the template difference?

    and what needs to be checked, can you give information?

    I finally found the solution (I wish I had tried it before)

    Solution; I simply deleted the pinecone index I created before and created a new index and new api key, it worked like magic 🙂
