Embed Form Shortcode in Newsletter

Hello,

I have a newsletter that I’ve scheduled to send on Friday, May 21st. I decided I want to add a “Survey” Form to it. I used MailPoet Forms to create it, then I inserted the forms shortcode in the newsletter, but it when I sent a test to myself, it just has the shortcode and not the form.

Using “Select a Short Code”—the M— gave me the Custome Fields I created, and when I clicked on one, it inserted [subscriber:cf_3], but when I sent myself the email, it didn’t even insert the field in the message.

I don’t want to create a page on my site and have them click on a link inside the newsletter and go to fill it out there, but it looks like that might be the only option.
