I logged a support ticket number 1020 it then redirects me to sign into a different portal to read the response at ubiport tells me to register then tells me that my user name and password are already taken ( only I have access) and go round in a big loop getting nowhere with no access to the ticket response. Please tell me what to do.

i cannot log in using the ubiport link as it wont recognise my password and if I try and reset it it says that i dont have admin access to reset the password. pretty daft! you deleted my last ticket and the new ticket number I lodged is 1223 if you cannot resolve this issue promptly as it has been going on for weeks I will move to different software.
