    Hi, on occasion emails are not going through to my clients email address. I am assuming the limit of the email is too high. Is there any way to see how big the email being sent is in the back end? And is there an easy way to resend this to my client, or download with all the attachments – rather than the CSV with the links, which when there is a lot it takes some time.

    Thanks

    Hi @sosdesigns,

    I hope you are doing well today!

    Forminator does not directly display the size of emails being sent through its interface. Email delivery issues can stem from various factors including email size, server limitations, or email provider restrictions. If you’re encountering issues with emails not being delivered due to their size, particularly because of attachments;

    – Some hosting environments or SMTP plugins offer email logging functionalities. If you have such a feature enabled, you can check the logs to see if there’s any information on email sizes or errors related to failed delivery attempts.

    – To mitigate the issue, consider reducing the size of attachments. This could involve setting limits on the file sizes that can be uploaded through your forms.

    As for resending emails or downloading attachments easily, Forminator doesn’t have a built-in feature to resend submission emails directly from the WordPress dashboard. You would typically need to manually forward the email from your email client and use the submission data to create a new email.

    The direct download of all attachments as a single package isn’t a standard feature in Forminator. You would usually need to download attachments individually from the submission entries or via the links provided in the CSV export.

    For bulk actions like resending emails or downloading multiple attachments, you might need to look into custom solutions or third-party tools. Automating these processes would likely require custom scripting or integration with a service that can handle bulk email sending and file management.

    Kind regards,
    Zafer
