We use plugin Honeypot for Contact Form 7 v2.1.7.
We tested the form without the honeypot and it still doesn’t send.
All plugins are up to date.

Thanks.
I’m having the same problem at the moment and have tried the same and different configurations for the forms.
Same problem here, contact form 7 has stopped sending emails, when I use the default theme contact form for test working just fine. I’m using smtp but have the same result without smtp.
Thank you
Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Flamingo, and clearing all cache data.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
Hi there
I copied the website to a dev environment. Before deactivating anything, I tested the form in the dev environment and the emails came through. This proved it wasn’t the website, theme or plugins.
It turned out that the website hosting company’s system which monitors the email traffic saw a lot of emails being sent from the email address associated with the form and assumed that it was sending spam. It was actually just a high volume of forms being submitted.
The hosting company has removed the email address from the blacklist and the emails are being received again.
Problem solved.
Thanks for your help.
