    Hi

I am using the plugin in a multi-vendor environment. Whilst testing the plugin, I have noticed that when a ticket is booked, no Eventin emails are being sent out.

The Vendor does not get an email, nor does the buyer, nor does the attendee.

I have set the email settings in the admin to send these emails, but none are getting sent. I use an SMTP plugin and all other emails get sent fine.

In addition to this, if the ticket has a 0 value, the buyer can download the ticket immediately, but they have no way of returning to the web site and viewing their tickets. There may be a link in the email, that is not being sent. But what happens if they lose the email and cant use that link? I would have thought they could log in to the site to see ALL the tickets they have booked.

If the ticket has a value and WooCommerce handles the order, then they can log in and access tickets from the My Account page but not if the ticket has a 0 value.

    Please can you help?!

    Thanks

    Hi @stevec0023,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    1. Emails Not Being Sent:
Tickets should indeed be sent to the purchaser and the attendee if the SMTP settings are configured correctly. Since other emails are sending fine through your SMTP plugin, it’s worth double-checking Eventin’s email settings and ensuring they are enabled and correctly configured. Also check attendee is enabled: https://prnt.sc/28R3Uv9lgZy7 If the issue persists, there might be a conflict with another plugin, we have to check it. please follow the pinned post and reach us more.
    2. Accessing Tickets for Zero-Priced Events:
For WooCommerce-based tickets, the “My Account” page allows users to view their ticket list. However, for tickets with a price of 0, the only current way to access the ticket is through the email they receive. We understand this limitation and appreciate your suggestion for improving this experience. We loved your idea to enhance ticket accessibility directly on the site! Please consider submitting a feature request here: Eventin Roadmap. Your feedback helps us prioritize updates.

Let us know if you need further assistance!

    Best regards,
