Hi @odathp
I hope you’re well today!
I tried to test it on my end but I’m not sure if I’m testing correctly.
I put “timepicker” field on a form set to 12 hours format and “number inputs” time. Then I used “all_fields” in e-mail notification. Is that about right?
I’m asking because yes, there’s no leading zeros in such configuration but also format of data in notification is different with time being “split” between the lines/fields so I just want to make sure in order to pass that to our developers.
As for the hook, I’m not quite sure if this is the correct one. I’ll need to ask our developers about this but I’ll also need exact replication steps for them to check it.
Let me know, please, and I’m pretty sure we’ll find the way to handle that.
Best regards,
Adam

Hi Adam,
I wasn’t using “all_field” in the email notification. Rather specifying each field individually. Here’s a copy/paste from the email as it is displayed.
Event Name: test event
Start Date: 08/29/2020 7:5 pm (should be 7:05)
End Date: 08/29/2020 9: pm (should be 9:00)
I was able to use the hook to reformat the post data which is being added to a different database. But, at this point I am not able to manipulate the email data before it is sent.
Thank you so much for looking into this.
Jack
Hi @odathp,
I tested this on my system but I’m’ not able to replicate any such issue.
This is the format I used in the email:
Start Date:{time-1-hours}:{time-1-minutes} {time-1-ampm}
End Date: {time-2-hours}:{time-2-minutes} {time-2-ampm}
Is that what you have configured in the Email side? By default, the time does display correctly when tested in the above use case.
If you still see it’s an issue within the plugin side then please do share a Form export via Pastebin, Google Drive or Dropbox etc, so that we could test your exact form and see whether it’s a plugin-specific issue or not. This would give a better idea regarding the issue and whether there is anything that needs to be fixed within the plugin side or not.
Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
