    Hi,

    I would like to disable the padding of the email notification content within the Sensei LMS email template. I’m using the WordPress full site editor to customize the template. Unfortunately, I am not able to disable the padding. I want to disable the padding because we use a global email template for all wp_mail related emails.

    How can I disable the padding in the screenshot? I tried copying and overwriting the templates within our theme folder (sensei/emails and sensei/block-templates). This is not working.

    Hi there, @wbrnd,

    It seems like you might have some type of customization that maybe is not allowing them to do it. If that’s the case, please note that it goes beyond the scope of our support.

    If that’s not case, however, you can try the following:

    1. Navigate to WP Admin > Sensei LMS > Settings > Emails.
    2. Click on “Edit” for the emails they want to change.
    3. Select the parent block, which is a Group block.
    4. Go to the Styles tab on the sidebar.
    5. Change the padding to 0.
