    Is it possible to receive an Email notification of a new appointment from Webba Booking Lite? I mean.. when someone complete the schedule on the website and administrator receive an notification about that.

    Because I created a new Service, put my email but I don’t receive anything

    Hi,

    Yes, administrator emails are available in Lite version. Please, send screenshot of Email notifications tab of Webba settings page to support@webba-booking.com. We will check your settings.

    Hi,

    Checked your settings.

    1. please, check that email in your service settings is not the same as email in “send copies of service email” option and is not the same as in “Email: from” option.

    2. check the spam folder also.

    3. if points 1 and 2 checked and email still not delivered to admin, please install WP Mail Logging , do a new test booking and send us screenshot of the mail log by e-mail.
