    I see under settings > emails > event submission templates > admin emails … where to add the email addresses to receive notifications. Is there anyway within the frontend form where you can specify a particular email that you want form sent to, as opposed to everyone receiving the email.

    It sends the event admin emails if you enter email address in Administrator Email field and will send an email for the event submitter, it is getting from his profile.
