Email is already used?

    My users who are trying to registering after payment they get this:

    Please correct the following
    Email is already used.

    Even though the email does NOT exist; they cannot register; just started recently and preventing users from registering.

    Thanks – any thoughts please!

    Hi, can you check to make sure none of the registering members are already registered as WP Users in your site?

    Thanks so much, yeah I did and not the case… will wait until I get more information.

    Hi,

    Please correct the following
    Email is already used.

    The above message is letting you know the person is already registered in your site. It might be through another plugin in your site. Can you carry out the following test. Disable all other plugins except Simple Membership. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    BTW – how can I donate to this plugin as would like to say “thanks”?

    We don’t accept donations, however you can purchase an addon if you like. That would make us happy 🙂
