Email delivery trigger?

    Does the system automatically send an email after a person submits a rating or does it wait for a cron to happen? I’m wanting to get emails pretty quickly and am trying to narrow down where in my system I’m getting lag?

    It does so automatically, not via Cron.

    You can install an email log plugin to be sure the email was dispatched by our plugin and then narrow it down to your website server not sending out the emai.
