Could you please double check whether you have tried the following:
Please go to the Form maker > Forms > Choose the form > Form Options > Email options > under the section Email to Administrator you will see the field “Email to send submissions to” please add your email here.
Could you please send us the screenshot of message box?
Please make sure to add the value only in placeholder’s field.

Thanks for your response. I think some of the fields had not been properly completed which resulted in the email not being sent. I amended the parameters and they seem to be sending out OK – thanks again.
Placeholder – so this is set up the way you indicate in your short video. But the label doesn’t delete when you insert the cursor. See /contact-us/

I changed our email address for the submission replies to go to, but it isn’t working now. It did before I changed the email. Thanks for your help!
