Eliminating render-blocking resources message

Hi,

No matter what i do, i get the Eliminate render-blocking resources message on 1-2 files from the plugin.

Like this one: https://www.slotmachinesonline.co/wp-content/cache/wpfc-minified/mbzajm7o/hy4l8.css

Any idea how i can prevent that?
