elementskit mega menu does not showing

    I wish everyone a good day. I have a problem with ElementorKits Mega Menu, I would appreciate it if you could help me. The problem is this: Normally, I was using Mega Menu via ElementsKits, everything was working great, but after installing the language plugin “polylang”, the megamenu stopped working. The issue isn’t that it’s not working, it’s showing up on elementor, but it doesn’t show up when I save it, can you please help?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Please be informed that Polylang plugin is fully compatible with ElementsKit. The issue you are facing right now can happen due to cache. Please clear the cache from your site and browser. If you are using any cache plugin on your site then keep it disabled for some time. Hopefully, the issue will be solved right after that.

    Hi @surgerytr,

    Hope you are doing fine and extremely sorry for the late response.

    Please run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue. To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue is still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.

    If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ShopEngine, Elementor, and ElementsKit please send me your website’s system info from Elementor > System Info. I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

    I’m having the exact same problem as surgerytr, using Elementkit megamenu and polylang.

    I’m using the Generatepress theme, and was wondering if maybe the problem is coming from there?

    Hi,

    Is this fix included in the release of Polylang 3.4.3? I can’t force ElementsKit Nav Menu with MegaMenu to work properly with Polylang.

    I’ve upgraded ElementsKit Nav Menu and Polylang to the latest versions, and it still doesn’t work. I don’t know where is the problem.
