Edits disappearing

    Do the setting affect who can revise a post? I see something in the settings for “administrator” (role for notification, under “capabilities”) – it seems my virtual assistant (role, “editor”) is having trouble but I am not (I’m an admin) – could this be the problem?

    Yes, it looks like a bad configuration of roles.

    Hi, I”m not sure because I have a virtual assistant who has been helping and she has stated that she’ll do edits and then log back in and they’ll disappear. I’m not sure if she’s forgetting to hit save? Has anyone else reported these kind of issues?

    Also, can you remind me how to have a post appear as newly published (with old date and updated date)?
