    Hi,

    Just installed the plugin and created an entry.
    I want to change the template for showing the name (Default Entry Card 3.0).
    When clicking the Edit button somehow my theme takes over and redirects to https://aquanauten.nl/?nxstrigger=wpcustomize

    I checked jQuery in compatibility section but still same problem. How can I trouble shoot this?

    Yes, the Customizer is used to for editing the template.

    Please do not do this at this time.

    How can I trouble shoot this?

    Are you certain you are not seeing the options for the template?

    Have you set the directory home page? And does the [connections] shortcode exist on hat page?

    Can you please share a link to a screenshot showing what you see after clicking the Customize button for the template?

    Hi,

    I’ve unchecked the jQuery box 🙂

    The shortcode is added to the page. You can see the directory here

    I can see the templates and select a different one, but editing the template isn’t working. When clicking on the Edit button for the template it just opens the startpage of the website. Please see this image.

    It was only visible for user which were logged in, now you can see it as a visitor.

    Ok, this helps… what I see (or do not see, in this case) is that Customizer URL is wrong. Most of the parameters are stripped off. These parameters give the Customizer it instructions.
