please first try to re-save your permalink options and empty any caches (of your site & browser).
If the issue persists, please deactivate all plugins besides WP HTML Mail. If the problem is gone, please re-activate the plugins one after the other and test in between to see which plugin is causing the issue. Then let us know which plugin is causing the issue, so we can have a look at it.
Else, we might need a copy of your system to be able to debug the issue.
