    Thank you for reaching out. To show an icon, please make sure you’re using a valid icon class. If you’ve already done this, try clearing any site cache so the changes can take effect.

    For the 404 issue, please double-check that the shortcode you’re trying to use is valid. Also, if you’re adding custom links to echo a shortcode inside the Tutor LMS Dashboard, you’ll need to add a new view file inside the tutor/templates/dashboard/ directory. The file name should match the index you’ve registered (e.g., custom_link.php in case your index is custom_link).

    This way, Tutor LMS will know which template to load when that menu item is clicked.
